Could use some work, one of things that I notice immediently is that it looks like the brush size is bigger when you drew the legs and the other parts are with a smaller size.
Also you didn't shade in some parts while you did for others. (like the hands or hair)

Great job! Love this girl but there are some minor issues
The leg runs into the foot, it doesn't look right and the knee is a little messed up, should be rounder and not a straight line
Besides that it looks good!
