Alright so it's pretty good but it seems obvious hands are a problem for you (they're a problem for us all) but if you draw hands more frequently you'll eventually get it. Her left arm could also be improved because of the bad form. I know this is a sketch but just keep working at it until you feel you got it right.

Needs some work on the arms, head looks a little too big, boobs are a bit off, and her eyes kinda look cross eyed.
